Solving Eheim 2028 rattling sound

I have been using Eheim 2028 filter for a long time. I think it is coming 6th year. Recently, after a normal routine cleaning of the filter; I noticed a rattling sound from the filter during operation. After some investigation, likely could be the cause of the wore off impeller. So, I got it replaced. After changing to the new impeller, the filter is back to normal; no more rattling noise. I am a happy man now. Cheers!
