Mazda3 Engine Harness Recall

Last week, I have received a recall notice from Mazda that my Mazda3 had a recall due to engine harness. I went back to Mazda and they only took about 40 minutes to complete the job. This Mazda3 Engine Harness Recall is for safety purpose.
What is being checked?
Basically, I was told they will do a check on the wiring of the engine. The mechanic needed to take out the air filter in order to access to the wiring. Once check without problem; insulator was used to prevent damaging of the wiring cause by the heat from the engine.

Have to remove partial of the filter’s housing to view it. Circled in red is the insulator.
